1.  I can't get access to the portals, how do i obtain a username and password?

To obtain access to the portals you need to use your school login username and password, followed by @galvinparksc.vic.edu.au

For e.g:
Username: myusername@galvinparksc.vic.edu.au
Password: passwordusedtologinatschool

The only exception where a username and password are not required is the Parent Portal, this is available to anyone, please be aware the portals are still under development and no content may be currently available.


2. Some parts of this website are not working! Where is the content?

 

Please be patient, the site is still under construction, further updates are being developed and will be updated as soon as possible.

 

3. There are no Bulletins listed, where are they?

The Bulletin developer has not been instructed of this process yet, currently the Bulletin is still being delivered fortnightly via email.

 

4. Some portions of the site do not display correctly, why is this so?

This website has been designed for the latest browsers, some browsers like Internet Explorer 6.0 will have issues displaying some content.

5. This website doesn't always load, or i have timeout problems! Why is this?

 

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the website can sometimes go offline.  We will endeavour to keep the website up and running 24/7
