IntroductionThe GPSC Educational Support (ES) Team undertakes many diverse roles as it endeavours to support the educational outcomes of the College – including its Principal Class, School Council, Teaching Staff, Students and Parents.In establishing this Code of Conduct, all ES Team members had input into what they believe is important to them in their interactions with each other.It is anticipated that by adhering to the Code of Conduct, the ES Team will become a more efficient and productive resource for the College.Message from the Principal In 2009 the Education Support staff members of Galvin Park Secondary College have developed a code of conduct, which they now wish to publish and share with the College’s community. I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of the ES staff for their commitment and energy in completing a code that is comprehensive and owned by all. The ES team ensured that each element was developed through robust discussion, consideration and decision making processes that incorporated all of the group members’ views and opinions. The ES Code of Conduct, and the processes used to develop it, provides an important signpost for all members of the College community as we continue to revisit the values and behaviours that underpin our culture.
